What's your story?

Yesterday tucked away in the magical hills of Ojai, in a round-table session each of us shared our 'dreams'. In the sacred intimacy of the circle, we vocalized what is dear in our hearts. So it is, that thoughts were given life as we use language to give color and form. Individually we expressed our own unique song that is asking to be sung, but collectively we know all the songs are woven from the One note. And it is one thing to think about what you are capable of. It is certainly another to reaffirm out loud. The late Maya Angelou was instrumental in changing the use of vocabulary in our daily lives. In her spirit, the box of impossibilities became that much smaller. And the landscape of existence became that much brighter. Now, it is our responsibility. A great poet may have 'left' but in her place, are all of us to finish the verses. She once said, "there is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you." What's your story?

Only love, Sitara
